Just a quick update that our team is currently finalizing a major release. Once that’s out, we’ll be focusing on squashing out a few bugs, this particular issue being one of them.
Since a fix for this issue is scheduled to be shipped in a future release, I’ll go ahead and mark this post as resolved for now, but feel free to reach out again.

Sorry for the delay! I’m glad to hear the issue is fixed.
As for why it happened in Chrome specifically, it’s likely due to how various browsers handle things like caching, scripts, or updates a little differently. In this case, it’s not uncommon an issue might show up in one browser, but not the others.

If you log into your website in an incognito/private browsing window of your web browser, and attempt to access your reports that way, does the same issue occur?
If you’re able to view your reports without issue, then it’s likely there’s a browser extension causing a conflict with MonsterInsights. Please follow the steps to resolve this in our guide here: https://www.monsterinsights.com/docs/fix-javascript-error/

Since our team just released a new version of MonsterInsights, and the error hasn’t popped up again for either of us (I haven’t been able to recreate the error), I’m going to go ahead and resolve this thread for now.
