The MonsterInsights Badge can be turned off anytime. Please go to your WordPress admin and then navigate to Insights » Tools » Website Badge. While on this page, turn off the option Enable Automatic Display. This will remove the logo you’re seeing. If you have any cache plugins running, please make sure to clear cache after making this change.

I apologize for any frustration. It’s not our intent to cause confusion or clutter. It sounds like UserFeedback may have been installed alongside with one of our sister plugins. The intention is to provide as much value as possible to users by suggesting plugins for more features, because a lot of website owners aren’t aware of them and can benefit greatly.
If you would prefer to not use UserFeedback, it can be deselected during the onboarding setup wizard, or deactivated and deleted like any other WordPress plugin. If you decide to give us a try, please feel welcome to let us know if you have any questions.

We’ve had previous reports of this error appearing due to using SolidWP or SolidCentral.
The SolidCentral team have a fix for it on their end. Please reach out to their support team, as they’ll be able to share the required function to resolve this issue.

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here.
Unfortunately, disabling wp-cron will cause unexpected issues such as having multiple emails sent, or user preferences being overridden or re-enabled (this is not the typical behavior of our plugin). Having wp-cron disabled will also affect potentially other plugins too, not just with MonsterInsights. Compatibility with a custom configuration like this is outside of our support scope sadly.
