    1-I contacted the WPMUDEV hosting and they say that they see everything fine, they are still analyzing it

    2-We deactivate all the plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and Elementor because otherwise we cannot see the interface and it keeps happening.

    3-We changed the theme to storefront, hello Elementor and the twenty, and it keeps happening

    Is there a way to pass the link to the site but it is not here in the post to the public?

    We already tested the site without the 2 caches and it still happens. so we activated them again. I understand that there is a problem with the wooocommerce database and its cache

    the wp-optimize plugin was activated at the time because we did a database cleanup. We no longer have that plugin. The object cache is not a plugin, it is on the server. We already disabled it through wp-config.php with the command line and the problem persists.

    we’ve disabled all plugins, leaving only woocommerce and Advanced Local Pickup, and it’s still happening.

    Hello, but unfortunately it only happens with orders that are related to your plugin. The other requests do not happen that.

    Hello, I saw the documentation but I think we are not understanding each other. When a customer places an order and chooses to pick up at our store, where do I select what is ready to pick up?
