Thanks for reaching out, happy to clarify this.

Eventin doesn’t register event tickets as WooCommerce products, and that’s our system. Event Tickets in Eventin are a standalone system, so you can sell tickets even without WooCommerce, using gateways like Stripe or PayPal directly.

WooCommerce is used mainly as a payment integration option, not as the core product system and have lots of integration from WooCommerce. That’s why tickets won’t appear in the WooCommerce product lists.

Thank you very much for the detailed report and for sharing the error log, this was really helpful.

We’re happy to let you know that we’ve already identified and fixed this issue internally. We’re now preparing a release, and we expect to publish an updated version within this week where everything will work correctly without any manual changes.

For now, as a temporary solution, you can apply a small fix by adding a backslash in the code as shown here:

This will resolve the issue until the official update is released.

Please don’t worry, once the new version is published, you can safely update WP Cafe and no issues will occur, even if you’ve applied the temporary fix. And if you can’t, then you can let us know we will provide you with the beta fix for this issue.

Hello! Thank you for following up and sharing those screenshots. They are very helpful in pinpointing exactly where the confusion is happening.1. Regarding the Missing Pre-selected Templates

You are absolutely right, the pre-selection of Gutenberg templates was available until just a few days ago. However, due to an optimization issue, we had to temporarily remove that specific feature.

Currently, when you add a new template, it will be visible during event editing and selection. However, the empty pop-up you see in your first screenshot is a known bug that our team is addressing. We are fixing this with high priority in the next update.

In the meantime, you can still access and manage your created templates from the list here: https://prnt.sc/PaAPjhqBendQ.

To achieve the specific layout you’re looking for, you can easily customize your template using our builder. It gives you the flexibility to rearrange elements to match your vision.
