Yes, the Product Addon feature is available. To use this feature, you need to install the additional addon plugin named Optiontics, which is included with your account dashboard.
Please follow these steps:
- Go to your account dashboard.
- Download the Optiontics addon from there.
- Install and activate the addon on your website.
Once activated, you will be able to easily add product addons to your items.

At the moment, we are not experiencing this issue on the latest version of Eventin. The coupon functionality is working properly on our end. For your reference, here is a test result from our environment:

Regarding the WooCommerce log entry related to
custom_order_tables, we are also reviewing this from our side. However, at this stage, we do not see any direct indication that this is causing a global coupon issue.Since this does not appear to be affecting other users, it may be specific to your site environment or configuration. We kindly recommend reviewing our pinned post or checking our landing page and reach us more so we can investigate your site more deeply.

We also checked the calendar preview: https://prnt.sc/39xtEA8-c3IA on our end using the latest version of Timetics, and everything is working correctly without any issues. This suggests the problem may be caused by a conflict with your theme’s styling or possibly another plugin/script running on your site, rather than Timetics alone.
Since theme switching isn’t an ideal option for you, the best next step would be for our technical team to take a closer look directly.

We’re really sorry for the trouble you’re facing with the translations. You can translate those strings using Loco Translate. Please make sure to follow these important steps.
- Go to Loco Translate > Plugins > Eventin.
- Open your Norwegian translation file.
- Make sure the translation file is saved under the System file path (not Custom or Author).

- Click the Sync button, this is very important, as it updates the latest strings from Eventin into Loco Translate.

- After syncing, search for the specific strings and translate them.
Sometimes the strings don’t appear unless you sync first, especially after updates. We also have a step-by-step video guide that explains the full process. Please take a look here:

Thank you for sharing your concerns, we truly respect your valuable concern.We’d like to clarify a few important points calmly and transparently:
- Event Description Issue
At this moment, we are unable to reproduce the event description disappearing issue on our end. Without being able to replicate it, it becomes very difficult for us to identify the exact cause, as it may be related to a conflict specific to your website environment (theme, plugins, caching, etc.).
We did previously have an issue where date/time could vanish during editing, but that has already been fixed. However, we have not encountered the same behavior with event descriptions, which is why we requested your cooperation to investigate further. - Timezone & Translation Strings
You are correct that some system strings (such as timezone labels) are not yet fully available for translation. We have already noted this as a feature request, and we plan to improve translation coverage as soon as possible in upcoming updates. - Currency Synchronization with WooCommerce
Regarding the currency display, we already provided guidance on how to resolve this. If the suggested steps did not work on your end, we also offered to check directly on your system, but access was declined, which limited our ability to assist further. - Refund Policy Clarification
Our refund policy states that refunds cannot be approved if the issue appears to be specific to an individual site setup and the user does not allow us the opportunity to troubleshoot or verify the problem.
Please understand, we do not refuse refunds unfairly, we only follow the conditions outlined in our policy.
We genuinely want to help and resolve this matter in the best possible way. We can investigate further and reach a fair conclusion.

Also please try to deactivate the Timetics and clean your cache then again reactivate to check that if its cache issue or not?

This is definitely not supposed to happen, and we haven’t seen this kind of oversized icon issue in the calendar preview before. It may be caused by a conflict with your active theme or custom styling.
Could you please let us know which theme you are currently using?
Also, if possible, could you try switching temporarily to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four) just for testing, and then check if the issue still appears? This will help us confirm whether it’s coming from the theme side.
