We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you’re feeling frustrated, and we’d really like to help clarify and resolve the issues you mentioned.Regarding language support, our plugin fully supports Loco Translate, and around 96% of the texts are translatable. If you faced any difficulty, could you please let us know which specific text strings were not working? We’ll be happy to check and assist.
For technical support, we try our best to respond on all available channels within office hours, and according to our records, we replied to your queries as promptly as possible. If you felt any delay or missed response, we truly apologize for that experience.
About the bugs you mentioned (edit mode issues, image distortion, currency problems) — these issues are not present in the latest version. It’s possible this could be caused by a theme or plugin conflict. If you can share a screenshot or screen recording, it would help us investigate properly and provide an accurate solution.
You also mentioned shortcodes not working. Currently, we don’t have similar reports from other users, but different use cases can behave differently. Please let us know which shortcode and how you’re using it, and we’ll take proper action.

Since the issue is occurring on your website specifically, it may be caused by a theme or plugin conflict.

Regarding the search result ordering, we want to let you know that we’re planning a complete revamp of the advanced search system in Eventin. You’ll have options to sort results by date, alphabetically, and other filter-based criteria.
This improvement is already in our roadmap, and we’re actively working on it. We kindly ask for a bit more time while we make this enhancement more flexible and user-friendly.

Thanks for reaching out.
At the moment, we don’t have a built-in option to edit, change the heading level (H2), or remove the text “Choose a time that works for you” directly from the settings when using the shortcode.
So yes, you’re right, the only way to modify or hide it currently is by using custom CSS.
If you’d like, let us know and we’ll be happy to provide the exact CSS code to remove or customize that heading for you.

At the moment, we’re not fully able to understand the location count changing from 8 to 5 issue. To investigate this properly, could you please share a screenshot or short screen recording showing where and how this is happening?
Also, when you mention “The page couldn’t be processed”, could you clarify where exactly this message appears (admin panel, Elementor editor, frontend, etc.)? That will help us narrow down the cause.
If possible, we’d also recommend reaching out through our landing page, so our team can review the issue more deeply and, if needed, check your site-specific setup.
