Disable all your plugins and see if the issue is resolved. If it is, then enable youur plugins one by one until you find the one that’s causing the issue.
Do you have any additional security software like an anti-virus/malware installed? If you do disable them temporarily and try connecting again.
I’m glad to hear that Jetpack is now working. Please note that security plugins like Wordfence can interfere with XML-RPC. So make sure to check Wordfence’s Security Options. More info here:
