These warnings are appear, because you connected a Google place without a reviews, in other words, it’s not correct Google place, because it’s not linked to a business locations.

- Screenshot how it looks on mobile when crashes;
- Debug information from the page: Google Reviews / Settings / Advance tab. You need to click the ‘Copy Debug Information‘ button, paste copied to this reply and send it to us.

Sorry if this seems like a false statement to you, but it is not. To receive reviews in an official way, through the Google API, you need to use the following URL:
https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/place/details/json?placeid=PLACE_ID&key=API_KEY
If you replace PLACE_ID and API_KEY to your values AND if your Google place does not a physical address (or it’s area/service) you got the error message which confirms the statement that Google API does not work with places without a physical address.
Other services, as far as I know, used unofficial methods like crawling to get such a reviews.

You do not need to use Flex parent containers to keep the slider auto-responsive. In your HTML code I found three flex containers, but it should be block (display: block). Please see the screenshot below:

Sorry, it’s not true. Please look at the youtube videos below, on the first we connected 10 reviews without API key instantly and less then a minute show on the site. On the second video it’s showing how you can update the reviews without API key.
Please let me know what exactly you can’t do it in the free version and we will think about how we can improve that.

No, it’s not possible to import your existing reviews to Google, there’s no method for that. This plugin is showing only your already existing reviews from Google map.
