Your API key restricted and can’t be use in the plugin, because IP address or referrer can be difference unlike what you set in Google Console, so to make the reviews updateable, please disable the API key restriction. First of all, please update your old plugin 2.6 to the latest version 3.0. Then we need to wait for reviews updated 24 hours or you can updated it manually, here is a video example:

Hi,
Please understand this is a limitation of Google API which uses in this plugin. It’s not possible to jump or make a workaround and we suggest to try our cloud service which uses another API.

First of all, reinstall the plugin from scratch:
- Go to the page Google Reviews / Settings / Advance tab;
- Click ‘Install from scratch’;
Then, create the reviews widget on the page Google Reviews / Widgets and connect the reviews. You need to do it WITHOUT API key, just leave this settings is empty.

In this plugin you can hide any review manually, please edit your reviews widget on the page Google Reviews / Widgets and find [HIDE REVIEW] button near of each reviews. Via this button you can hide all low-rating reviews.
