    Hello!

So sorry to hear about your trouble. I’d be happy to assist in troubleshooting the issue if you were willing.

Currently you can request account deletion on here or by emailing us directly at [email protected]. We can manually remove the account if you want the details deleted.

Also you can not submit ticket (to delete account) because of pro subsription… Nice.

Yeah the idea that this being a free service, we have to allocate resources for support in an intelligent and “scalable” way. We just dont have enough resources to support free accounts via a support system. However I hope its evident at the quick response times on these support forums that we take supporting the plugin seriously.

    Hello,

Thank you for this. I notice that you are also using cloudflare on the main site domain as well.

Is there a version of the site where we can bypass cloudflare perhaps? I’ll keep looking on my side but something is causing the 301 redirect and it might very well be two CDNs (cloudflare and shift8) having trouble interacting with eachother in this specific condition

    Hello,

Currently in our CDN infrastructure it should serve the webp images if they are coming from the wp-content/uploads folder. Are they in this folder and are not serving currently?

Can you provide a few example WEBP links where this is not happening? I’d like to look further into it if possible.

    Thanks!

    Hello!

Can you give me more information? Do you mean that you dont want the CDN to activate for a specific URL path? i.e. site.com/your-path , turn CDN off?

If this is the question, unfortunately this is not possible currently with the way the plugin is currently implemented.

You could turn off the CDN plugin and implement your own rewrite rules in your .htaccess file to rewrite any static assets (i.e. images/media, css, js ,etc) to go through the CDN url and then in your rewrite logic you could omit the rewrites for specific paths. If you are experienced in rewrite rules this is the best way to accommodate this request currently.

If enough people ask for this as a feature, we would certainly entertain building it into a future plugin update.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

This could happen before any fields are filled in on the settings perhaps. The settings page is expecting a field for the URL and are using a standard php function called parse_url to parse the site URL.

Typically I would say not to worry about this. We can put in a schedule to update that function to handle the conditions better perhaps, but it shouldn’t be functionally impacting the operation or performance of the plugin in any way (This is a notice that comes up only for administrators).

    Thanks

    Hello!

Sorry to hear about your trouble!

I looked up your URL in our system and the URL is specified as the following :

    https://natureslegend.com/old

If your URL is in fact “https://natureslegend.com/” then you need to delete and create a new site with the proper url exactly as it would appear in your browser after first arriving.

Since you are creating a new site you will have to update the Shift8 CDN plugin settings to reflect the new CDN Prefix, URL and API Key.

I’d be more than happy to assist further if you have trouble with this.

    Thanks!

Thanks guys for reporting this. This may require some structural changes to accommodate the GTMetrix scoring system. Just to clarify I think this only affects the score, not actual performance (arguably).

Thanks – I’ll update here when we have had a chance to look further. Everyone’s input is appreciated.

    Hello!

Can you reference the error verbatim as well as the full URL that generated the error? I would need to replicate and understand better in order to offer further suggestions.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Please read my previous posts. You are just hitting the API query limit on our side, you should be free to use the CDN on your site now as the check button doesnt impact that.

    Thanks

    Merhaba,

Lütfen önceki yazılarımı okuyun. Bizim tarafımızdaki API sorgu sınırına ulaşıyorsunuz, kontrol düğmesi bunu etkilemediği için CDN’yi sitenizde kullanmakta özgürsünüz.

    Teşekkürler

Its possible your just hitting our server with the check button too many times. Our API interactions should be rate limiting queries. Go try the CDN on your site and confirm that it is working.

Okay – it says that when you click check? or when you purge?

    Hello,

This could mean that your web host is having trouble connecting to our API service.

Can you email [email protected] directly and I will help you further.

    Thank you
