In reply to: [Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce] UTC timeHi @tannovanwaarde ,
We have tested the issue on our staging site and it seems everything is working fine.
In order to check further, could you please clarify which time slots you are referring to? Are these the delivery time slots configured in Order Delivery Date?
If possible, please share a screenshot of:
- The time slot settings in the admin, and
- How they appear on the front-end checkout page.
This will help us check the configuration and guide you accordingly.

In reply to: [Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce] UTC timeHi @amar8105alva ,
It seems that the issue you described related to the Booking Calendar plugin is not our plugin.
Could you please confirm which plugin you are currently using for the booking calendar?
If possible, also share the plugin name and version so we can better understand the setup.

In reply to: [Print Invoice & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce] Blank pdfHi @jlwebstudio
Thank you for waiting. We tried to replicate the same issue on our end but the PDFs are generated correctly.
In order to check further, could you please create a staging site and share with us the exact steps to reproduce?
You can share the details on support at tychesoftwares dot com.
Looking forward for your response.

Hi @megdai,
Thank you for the detailed explanation. At the moment, this is not a known issue on our end. We also attempted to replicate the same flow (Stripe payment → order completion → automatic PDF generation), but we were unable to reproduce the fatal error on our staging environment.
To investigate this further, could you please share:
- The exact fatal error message being logged?
- A screenshot of the error displayed (if available)?
- The full error log entry.
This will help us identify precisely where the font loading process is failing.
Once we have the fatal error details, we’ll be able to provide a more accurate solution or patch if required.
Looking forward to your response so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

In reply to: [Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce] UTC timeHi @tannovanwaarde ,
The reason the time slots are showing in UTC on the front end is usually related to the WordPress timezone configuration. Even though the backend displays the correct time, the plugin follows the timezone set in WordPress settings.
Could you please go to Dashboard → Settings → General and check the Timezone option?
We recommend selecting Europe/Amsterdam instead of choosing a manual offset like UTC +1.
After updating the timezone, please clear your website cache and check again in an incognito window.
If the issue still continues, please share screenshot of the settings and the frontend.
We’ll be happy to assist you further.
Looking forward to your reply.
Hi @ron441241 ,
We recommend deactivating and completely deleting the Print Invoice & Delivery Notes plugin, then reinstalling the latest version to ensure all required files are properly restored. This will not affect your existing orders.
If the issue still persists after reinstalling, please share a screenshot of the red error box and your WooCommerce System Status report so we can investigate further.
Best regards,
AnjithaHi @chrisarchels ,
We understand how important it is to have your company details, customer information, and logo displayed correctly on the invoices.
Please make sure that the logo is added here: https://prnt.sc/iY0KpUCf6R2p
Since you mentioned that everything looks the same in the settings but the invoice output has changed, we’ll need to take a closer look to understand what might be causing this.
Could you please share a screenshot of the plugin settings (General and Invoice template) and the issue?
This will help us compare the configuration and identify what may have changed after the update.
Once we have those screenshots, we’ll guide you on how to restore the invoice layout to how it was before.
Looking forward to your reply.

In reply to: [Print Invoice & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce] Blank pdfHi @jlwebstudio ,
Could you please let us know which language you are translating into using WPML?
We’ll replicate the same configuration on our end to properly test the issue.
Looking forward to your response.
Hi @mo12345 ,
I have activated the plugin (version 6.0.0) on my staging site and tested it by manually changing the order status. However, I was not able to reproduce the issue or see any errors as you described.
In order to investigate this further, could you please share a screenshot of the error? This will help us identify exactly where and how the error is appearing.
Additionally, we kindly request that you:
- Temporarily deactivate other plugins and check if the issue persists. This will help determine if there is a plugin conflict.
- Switch to a default theme such as Storefront to rule out any theme-related conflicts.
- Check the browser console (Right click → Inspect → Console tab) and share any JavaScript errors shown there.
If the issue still persists after these steps, please let us know the results so we can continue troubleshooting from our end.
Hi @imagine2006 ,
I tested this on my end and can confirm that the fee is being applied correctly to subscription renewals when the specific payment gateway is used. So in principle, it should work for auto-payments/renewal orders handled by WooCommerce Subscriptions as well.
However, since you’re seeing a different behavior on your site, we’ll need a bit more information to understand what’s happening in your case. Could you please share:
• A screenshot of your Payment Gateway Based Fees settings
• A screenshot of the subscription product setup
• A screenshot of a renewal order where the fee was not appliedThis will help us identify whether the fee rules are being skipped due to a setting or conflict.
Looking forward to your screenshots so we can assist you further.
HI @candied ,
Thank you for your suggestion — we really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
At the moment, our plugin includes an option to exclude the shipping charge when calculating the gateway-based fee. The checkbox you referred to is specifically meant for that purpose.
Regarding your request to include other additional fees or discounts added by third-party plugins or custom snippets — that’s a great use case. While this isn’t supported right now, we’ll certainly consider this enhancement for a future version of the plugin.
To help us understand your requirement better, could you please share:
• An example or snippet that adds the extra fee/discount you’re referring to.
• Whether you’d like those additional fees to be included in or excluded from the gateway fee calculationWith an example, it will be much easier for us to evaluate and design the best possible solution.
Thanks again for your feedback — it really helps us improve the plugin.

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] Not sending to correct email addressHi @melanie71 ,
The abandoned cart notifications in the free (Lite) version are sent only to the WordPress Admin email address.
Please note that the field “Email address from which the reminder emails should be sent” controls only the From address (what email the message appears to come from). It does not change the recipient of the email.
If you’d like to send abandoned cart notifications to a specific email address instead of the WordPress admin, that option is available in the Pro version of the plugin.
Let us know if you have any other questions — happy to help
