Hi @simco , thanks for your query.
I understand it would be great if the complete order could be put into a single charge. But here’s why they appear as separate charges:
- Initially, when a customer goes through checkout, he is charged immediately before viewing an upsell offer.
- When the user accepts the upsell offer, he is charged immediately before moving to the next step (which can be more offers or a thank you page).
This gives the advantage of ensuring that you are earning money before making upsell offers.
Often, a person may go through checkout but abandon the site during upsell (without accepting or rejecting it.) If the prospect has not been charged already, then you lose the customer entirely. But if customers are charged on every product they checkout and every offer they accept, you will have already earned money before they move to the next step or choose to leave the site.
And for security reasons, we aren’t able to process the combined or pending charge after they have abandoned the site while on the upsell offer page.
So, while we can control if this will be within a single order or separate orders, we are not able to process the whole as a single payment.
**This is only true for post-purchase upsells/downsells. An alternative is using order bumps during checkout where, accepting the offer will add the product to the cart before checkout is issued.
Hope you understand the scenario.

Hi @dynamitemarketing , the way TutorLMS’s monetization through WooCommerce works is you create courses within TutorLMS, but to sell the courses, you sell them as products in WooCommerce..
With WPFunnels, when you sell these products during the funnel journey, the buyers are automatically enrolled in the associated courses.
So if you follow the workflow, you will be able to achieve what you described.
Let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks.

Hi @dynamitemarketing , thanks for sharing.
So, I believe you have all 3 courses created using TutorLMS and connected to respective products in WooCommerce for selling.
In this case, any of the course products you sell through a WPFunnels sales funnel, people will be enrolled in their associated courses.
From what I understood in your example above, Daniel already enrolled in the Oboarding course before coming to the shop to find the course on Trading Bot 1.
In this case, with WPFunnels, you may create a funnel with the following 3 ways:
1. You may create a full funnel with the following steps:
- Landing Page
Here, you will write a copy to convince Daniel that he should get the Trading Bot 1 course. - Checkout
He will pay for this course.
During funnel creation, you have to assign Trading Bot 1 as the product for this step. - Upsell
He will be offered Trading Bot 2. So it will be a sales page with a one-click offer acceptance button.
During funnel creation, you have to assign Trading Bot 2 as the product for this step. - Thank you
To confirm his enrollment.
In this case, I am assuming those are the only three courses you have. So in this case, you do not keep a shop page, but rather have a menu or a CTA on your website to view the Landing page for Trading Bot 1.
2. Create funnel with no separate landing page as follows:
- Checkout
Here, you rather design it as the landing page and then use the checkout form on this page for people to pay. You may use the field editor to remove any unnecessary fields.
Again, here I am assuming those are the only three courses you have. So in this case, you do not keep a shop page, but rather have a menu or a CTA on your website to view the Landing page for Trading Bot 1.
3. You may use Global Funnels with the following steps:
- Checkout
Have a checkout form and set the condition to Specific product – Trading Bot 1. - Upsell
Design a sales page and set the condition to Specific product – Trading Bot 2. - Thank you
To confirm his enrollment.
In this case, you may have a shop page from where people can choose to add Trading Bot 1 to the cart.
You may enable skip cart to bypass the cart page and take the user into the funnel.____________________________
These are the scenarios you can work with to get people to enroll in multiple courses.
Besides the funnel, you may set up email automation based on user actions in the funnel (if you have Mail Mint activated). For example, if someone rejects the Upsell offer, you may add an automation workflow to that step to send out a series of emails and convince the user to purchase it at a later time.
Let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks.

Hi @tuanvictor , we did detect a bug on the checkout step’s A/B testing.
We have taken the goal of solving most of the errors with A/B testing in the upcoming sprint. So please be patient and give us some time.
Hopefully, once we work on it, these bugs will no longer exist.
Thanks.
Hi @sparkzsecret , thanks for your query.
In Mail Mint, when using the forms, collecting the email is mandatory. It won’t accept submissions without the email address. So it is by default set to as required and you can’t disable that.
For all other fields, you should find the option to mark them as required.
Let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks.
Hi @sparkzsecret , thanks for your query.
Can you check if you have any sort of caching plugin enabled on your site for logged-in users? If yes, then please turn it off and then check if it works.
If this doesn’t work, as you are one of our Pro users, please reach out to us directly via email and let us know the email address that you used to open an account when purchasing the license. We will check if there is any issues with the licensing as all Pro features depend on the activation of license. In your case, even if it shows that you have the license activated, some of your Pro features are not working.
Once you get back to us via email, we will assist you promptly. (This forum is for free users only. Hope you understand.)
Thanks.
Hi @sparkzsecret , we have seen that you have opened a couple of tickets here on this forum.
I believe you are one of our Pro users. The Zerobounce integration is a Pro feature and your case is certainly unusual.
First, please check if caching is enabled on your site for logged in users. If yes, please turn off caching for logged in users, clear cache, and then check if it works.
If it still doesn’t work, then please reach us directly via email with console errors screenshot.
Here’s how you can get the console errors:
After you have requested to integrate it keeps loading and does nothing,
- Right click on your webpage. You should find an option called “Inspect” or “Inspect Elements” (this won’t work on Safari, so use some other browser). See Image: https://jmp.sh/hhuzR2B
- You will get an extended window popping up. See Image: https://jmp.sh/7RV6cZv
- It will have a menu called “Console”. Click on that and it should show you if there are any errors. See Image: https://jmp.sh/AGVBPW8
- Take a screenshot.
As you are a Pro user, please reach us us via email and we will assist you promptly.

Hi @dynamitemarketing , thanks for your query.
It will depend on how you are managing your courses. If you have multiple course products, then after initial checkout, they can be enrolled.
If you share actions the user has to take in your funnel journey, then I can better answer this. If possible, explain the scenario with an example where you define what actions your user takes.
Then I can help you with the right approach or scope.
Thanks.
Hi @tuanvictor , I have actually escalated this to our dev team for extensive testing. Hopefully we will find the cases you have pointed and will be able to work on a solution for them.
Please give us some time. Once the testing is done, I will also share our findings here and inform you our next actions.
Thanks.
