    Hello maevetoons,

    Thank you for your reply.

I checked the Snipboard URLs you shared, but they do not show any images. Could you please upload images and share links again? If Snipboard is not working, you may try another service like https://jumpshare.com/.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Hello joyryde,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re seeing grey outlines and formatting issues in the address fields after enabling the modern email design in WooCommerce. I checked the screenshot you shared, and it appears to differ from the new default WooCommerce email layout.

Are you using any plugins or custom code to modify the email content or add extra information to the address section? Identifying any modifications will help us narrow down the cause and find a suitable solution.

Lastly, please share your site’s System Status Report with me. You can paste it into https://pastebin.com and share the link here.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Hello fatjogger,

    Thank you for your reply.

I visited the page and noticed that the CSS and JavaScript don’t seem to be loading properly. As a result, the images appear very large and the overall page layout looks broken.

To begin troubleshooting, please try deactivating any caching plugins you have installed, as well as any server-side caching that might be active. This will help us determine if caching is causing the issue.

Let me know once that is done, and I will review the page again.

    Best regards.

    Hello nfurlani,

    Thank you for your reply.

Could you please try temporarily deactivating the Packlink PRO Shipping plugin to see if that resolves the issue? If the problem continues, I recommend setting up a staging site where you can safely perform a full conflict test. This will help us identify the exact cause of the issue without affecting your live site.

Let me know how it goes, and feel free to reach out if you need any help with the process. 🙂

    Best regards.

    Hello Prithvi,

    Thank you for your reply.

For better assistance, I recommend reaching out to the relevant support forum. For example, if you’re experiencing issues with the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin, please post your query at its dedicated support page: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/.

As for your other question about the sticky add to cart button, it falls outside the scope of our support policy since it relates to appearance and theme customization. I suggest contacting your theme’s support team or consulting a professional developer for help with that.

If you have any questions or concerns related to WooCommerce core, I’ll be happy to assist.

    Best regards.

    Hello Brad Dalton,

    Thank you for your reply.

Could you please share a screenshot with the List View enabled? This will help me better understand the issue. You can use https://snipboard.io to upload your screenshots and share the link here. If the Additional Information block is already added on the Checkout page, it won’t be possible to add it again.

Also, could you kindly share the code you’re using to achieve this?

I understand you may want to revisit this later. If you need assistance again, we’ll be here and happy to help.

    Best regards.

    Hello abdul810,

Thank you for sharing the report and logs.

I’ve reviewed them and noticed that your site is using the Wordfence Security plugin and the WPS Hide Login plugin. These plugins can sometimes cause access issues, so I recommend temporarily deactivating them to see if that resolves the problem.

I also saw that your site is using Cloudflare. In previous cases, we’ve found that Cloudflare may block certain communications, so I suggest disabling it for now and testing the connection again.

Please let me know how it goes after making these changes. I’m here to help if you need further assistance.

    Best regards.

    Hello Martin Domburg,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand you’re experiencing an issue where a 21% tax is being added to products that already include tax, specifically when creating manual orders. As you mentioned, everything works correctly during the regular checkout process, so the issue appears to be isolated to manual order creation.

Since I’m unable to replicate this behavior on my test site, it may be caused by a conflict with another plugin.

To investigate further, I recommend setting up a staging site and disabling all plugins except WooCommerce. Then, try creating a manual order again. It would be very helpful if you could record a full-screen video of the process, showing each step in detail, so I can better understand the problem.

I realize you have done this step before but it would help having a staging site.

    Best regards.

    Hello khalidyusuf,

    Thank you for your reply.

Since the issue doesn’t occur when you’re logged in as an admin, it’s likely related to caching. Please note that cache is typically bypassed for logged-in administrators, so the issue may not appear in that case.

I recommend temporarily disabling WP Rocket and any server-side caching. You may want to reach out to your hosting provider for assistance in disabling the server-side cache.

If the issue continues after clearing all caches, please consider performing a full conflict test to help identify the cause.

Let me know how it goes. 🙂
