I took a look, and I can see on my end that your Jetpack connection is currently broken. The issue with Jetpack blocks may very well be because your connection isn’t working, but even if it isn’t, we do need to eliminate it as a possibility first.

I took a look at your site, and it appears that the Jetpack connection is broken. I can see on our end that at some point recently, that you had a plugin called Disable XML-RPC. The XML-RPC is vital part of how Jetpack works. This support article details how: https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-and-xml-rpc/
Without an XML-RPC connection to your site, Jetpack’s features, including Jetpack Social, will not work. Please disable this plugin and try connecting then.

My apologies for the information that the AI assistant gave you. It is not correct. You should not need to modify the wp-config.php file to resolve this problem. I ran a content sync on my end. This should resolve the problem.

- LiteSpeed Cache: I would start here, as this plugin was updated most recently (6/27/25). This plugin can minify JS and that is known to make parts of Jetpack work unexpectedly.
- Asset CleanUp: The JavaScript minification feature of this plugin can make parts of Jetpack work unexpectedly. Please ensure that you’re not minifying any of Jetpack JS files.
- Security Optimizer: This plugin can disable Jetpack’s connection to XML-RPC, which has caused this site to return to an alternate endpoint. Please ensure that Jetpack can use the XML-RPC endpoint. You can allow our IPs, and this should rectify this.
If you’re still experiencing this issue after conflict testing these plugins, please reach back out.

Thanks for reaching out. Our automated system for reviewing commercial status will flag things that aren’t commercial sometimes. I have put an override on your site. You should be able to access all the free Jetpack stats features again.

To answer your questions:
Would changing to the English version of wordpress resolve the issue?
This issue is related to how Jetpack functions. I was able to reproduce using the English version of WordPress. For reference, what language translation of WordPress are you using?
We had the same problem on the English version of the page linked but I did work around it by removing the labels and instead using normal text
When you created the English version of this page, what did the radio button label say?
Additionally, this may appear correct visually, but when built this way, the label is not correctly associated with the radio buttons. This is an issue for people who may use assistive technology like screen readers, so it’s not a good long-term solution for this issue.
