Hello @tobrhomas,
I would like to start by apologizing for my late reply. I was not able to reproduce this issue on a local instance. To check if the emails are being sent by our plugins, you can use an Email Logging plugin like: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/email-log/ on your website. It will add a log entry each time the wp_mail() WordPress function is called (our plugins use this function for all of the emails they send).
You will then be able to go to the Email Log page on your website’s Dashboard to see if the email is being sent.
If it is listed there, then there is a good chance there are filters set up on the server that might block some outgoing emails, and I would suggest you contact your web hosting provider and ask them if this is the case.
Hello @altstack,
Our team has recently released an update to our plugin. Could you try to update your version of PB to 3.15.1 and try again to see if the issue persists with the reCAPTCHA turned on?
One other recommendation would be using reCAPTCHA V3 instead.
Hello @goodlayers,
Using Profile Builder, you can add a reCAPTCHA field to your registration form. If you wish to disable this feature, you can either remove the field or in the Display On PB Forms section (while editing the reCAPTCHA field) deselect the forms you would like to remove it from.
You can read more about this here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/profile-builder/manage-user-fields/recaptcha-field/Hello @ads97129,
I was not able to replicate this on a local instance.
I will notify our development team of this and I will get back to you.Hello @tobrhomas,
To better understand the issue at hand, could you please send me a screenshot of the page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins? Please make sure that all of your plugins as well as their versions are clearly visible.
You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.
Hello @shahzaib111,
Unfortunately there is no way to assign a Subscription Plan to all of your WooCommerce products at once. You will need to manually attach a subscription plan to each one of your products.Hello @wprookie83,
Currently there is no way of pausing your users subscriptions. I went ahead and added your request to our features request list. This means that it might be implemented in a future version of our plugin. Unfortunately I cannot provide you with an estimate as to when this might be.Hello @petrwoff,
Thank you for your kind words!
Regarding the mismatch of font colors, you can solve this using some custom CSS. We have a guide on our documentation page that is specifically for buttons but the same steps should apply regardless of the element you are trying to style.
You can find the guide here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/css-customization-guide-for-button-colors-2/Hello @stuhlej,
When it comes to some of the features you have mentioned, we are not allowed to talk about the paid plugins here. If you wish to have this conversation, please contact us at https://wp-webhooks.com/contact/
Hello @totnespulse,
I would like to ask you to conduct a conflict test.
Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default WordPress Twenty-Twenty-Five theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.
Important: Please do the conflict test on a test site, not on the live site.
Hello @cheeky-chaplain,
Thank you for the kind words and for your review!
Hello @wpuser293,
As we have discussed in our ticketing system, this issue is coming directly from WordPress and we do not have a workaround for this.
Note: Keep in mind that this is a public forum and we can’t talk about paid functionalitieis here.
Hello @nyks-barton,
I have forwarded this to our development team and they will work on implementing a fix for this styling issue in one of our upcoming updates. Unfortunately I cannot provide you with an estimate as to when this might be.
Thank you for you patience!Hello @wd69,
I would like to start by apologizing for my mistake.
I have now realized why this button is not appearing on your end. For it to appear, you will need to activate an add-on but we are not allowed to talk about the paid features here.
If you wish to have this conversation, please contact us at https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/Hello @totnespulse,
I noticed that you have the plugin LifeSpeed Cache active on your website.
The issue you have described could be caused by a caching issue. These are the next steps you could take:
1. Could you please exclude our pages, the pages created with our shortcodes from the cache, and check if the issue persists?2. If you have any caching enabled via a plugin or from your hosting, please disable them temporarily and check if the issue still persists (you can check with the hosting about this).
3. Please create a new page on your site and on this new page add only the PMB register form shortcode and check if the issue still persists.
