Looking forward to your reply!Hello @stclare,
Since there might be a conflict with some other plugin or custom code from your site, the next recommended step is the conflict test (ideally in a staging environment):Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default WordPress Twenty-Twenty-Five theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.
Important: Please do the conflict test on a test site, not on the live site.
Important 2: When you’re creating a staging/clone site where you also have the Paid Member Subscriptions plugin, on the staging/testing site you need to activate Test Mode (from Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Payments page), and also you need to deactivate all the emails from our plugin (from Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> E-Mails -> and toggle off all the emails).
Hello @karine0908,
I have forwarded this to our development team to further investigate the error you have encountered. I will get back to you as soon as the investigations have concluded.

Could you please navigate to Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Content Restriction -> enable Include Restricted Posts in Queries.
Please signal back to us in case this did not fix the issue at hand.Hello @gankanon,
Since your subscription plan is only one day long, did you set the cron job to run on the server level? There are two cron jobs: one that runs on the website level and one that runs on the server level. In order to be sure that everything works correctly my advice will be to contact your hosting provider and ask them if they can configure this website to make cron-job work on the server level.
Especially if you have set a subscription plan with a duration of 1 day, you must configure the website to make cron-job work on the server level so that everything works properly. The subscription plan expires when the cron job runs, so if the cron job is set at the site level, it runs once a day. So please contact your host provider.
You can read more about cron-jobs here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/settings/cron-jobs/
Hello @interactuo,

To better understand the issues at hand, I would like to ask you for some additional information:- A screenshot of the Plugins page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins. Please make sure that our plugin as well as its version is visible.
- Could you please go to the WordPress Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Members page, hover your mouse cursor over the member (with which you have encountered this issue), and click on the Edit Member link that appears? Once you are on the Edit Member page click on the “Edit” button from the Subscription tab and please take a screenshot of the Subscription Logs and send it to me.
You can see here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/member-management/#Subscription_Logs an example of how the Subscription Logs should look. - Does the user with the issue have any Payments in the Recent Payments section? (this section can be found at WordPress Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Members page, hover your mouse cursor over the member (with which you have encountered this issue), and click on the Edit Member link that appears)

If I understood correctly, when you say adding a page to a subscription, you are referring to pages that can only be accessed with a specific membership active. Using our Content Restriction functionality, you will need to edit each page separately to restrict said page to only be accessible for certain subscription plans.
You can read more about our content restriction functionality on our documentation page here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/content-restriction/Hello @cristiangrigoletti,
If I understood correctly, you would like to have two registration/checkout pages. One for your regular users that access the store and one for users that purchase a membership.
Our plugin comes with a registration form that will handle the subscription payments as well.
You can read more about this registration form on our documentation page here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=simple_history_admin_menu_page
However, you have mentioned wanting to collect specific data when it comes to users that purchase a membership. This is not possible with this plugin alone as you do not have the option to add extra fields to the registration form to be able to collect the specific data you are looking for.
Note: This could be done using our other plugin, Profile Builder. Paid Member Subscriptions and Profile Builder are well integrated with each other. You can create a registration form using Profile Builder that contains all the fields for the relevant information you would like to collect about your users. After doing so, you can add a Subscription Plans field that will display all of the subscription plans you have created with Paid Member Subscriptions on your Profile Builder registration page, allowing your users to purchase a membership using the PB registration form.
You can read more about this integration on our documentation page here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/integration-with-other-plugins/profile-builder/#Accept_payments_through_Profile_Builder
