Hello @bizappz,
Could you please provide more information as to what product you are referring to?
In case you are referring to the ability to add a PMS Subscription Plan to a product created with WooCommerce, the answer is yes!
Our WooCommerce integration is also available for the free version of PMS. You can read more about it on our documentation page here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/integration-with-other-plugins/woocommerce/Hello @pkoz,
Thank you for your review and for the kind words!Hello @marksa,
With that option enabled restricted posts will not be removed from WordPress queries. So the security risk is that the post content of your restricted posts might be leaked through them being displayed on archive pages or search.Hello @msg00001,
You can restrict access to specific pages on your website using the Content Restriction feature.
You can set each page up to be accessible to logged in users only. (additionally you can also restrict content to be accessible to specific memberships only)You can read more about this feature here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/content-restriction/
Hello @simonmista,
I have tested this issue on a local instance and I managed to reproduce it.
I have forwarded this to our development team and they will work on implementing a fix in an upcoming update. Unfortunately I cannot provide you with an estimate as to when this might be.
Thank you for reporting this issue!

Hi @deejayvu
Following our recent conversation through our email system, we’ve been able to successfully identify what was causing the issue (a caching problem) and provide a solution.
Helping our users and ensuring the correct functioning of our plugin is always what we strive for.Taking our latest interactions into consideration, would you be open to updating your review?
It would really help us out, and of course, we’re here for any questions or support you might need moving forward.Hello @kdcpelt,
Unfortunately there is currently no way of forcing your users to change their password after a specific interval.
I have added this to our feature requests list. This means that it might be implemented in a future version of our plugin. Unfortunately I cannot provide you with an estimate as to when this might be.Hello @abave,
Which country are you from?
From your screenshots, it looks like you are from Brazil and Brazil does not appear on this eligibility list from PayPal: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/multiparty/checkout/save-payment-methods/#eligibility
In case your country is not on the supported list for the Vault functionality, then it should normally not work—even if the setting appears there and is greyed out. My recommendation would be to contact PayPal Support to ask why that setting appears enabled in your account but can’t be used.Hello @apersolja,
With Profile Builder, if you wish to add additional form fields, you can navigate to your Dashboard -> Profile Builder -> Form Fields. There you can add different type of fields and they will automatically appear on your registration formHello @robbielokeoys,
I would like to start by mentioning that the reCAPTCHA functionality from our plugin is also available in the Free version so I assume we can continue the conversation regarding this issue here.
In case you would like to discuss about paid features in the future, I would like to ask you to contact us on our website here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/
The reCAPTCHA settings can be found under the Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Misc tab.
We offer both the reCAPTCHA v2 and reCAPTCHA v3 implementation.
I would like to mention that in case you are using reCAPTCHA V3, there is nothing visible on your forms. This version is a hidden reCAPTCHA that determines weather the user trying to access your website is real or not in the background. It requires no additional input from the user.
You mentioned not having reCAPTCHA activated. Just to be sure, could you send me a screenshot of the above mentioned settings page? (Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Misc -> reCAPTCHA)
You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.Hello @lycralad,
In order for me to be able to help with the issue at hand I would like to ask you for some additional information.
1. Could you please send me a screenshot of the complete Plugins page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins. Please make sure that our plugin as well as its version is visible.
2. Could you please describe the login process that results in an error? Please send a screenshot of the error message that appears when attempting to log in.
Note: You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.Hello @ernieh,
I have imported the settings you have provided and started testing on a local instance. I was not able to replicate the issue.
Usually, when an issue is only showing up for some users but not for others, it’s most likely a caching issue. You mentioned excluding pages with PMS shortcodes from the cache and that helped with your previous issue.
As your next steps, in case you have caching that is provided directly by your hosting provider you could contact them and ask them to exclude our pages from their cache as well.
Furthermore, you can contact any clients that report this issue on their end and ask them to perform a hard refresh (CTRL+F5 on windows).Hello @audioagent,
If I understood correctly, you are not planning on selling memberships on your website and are only interested in allowing your users to register a free account.
In this case, as Paid Member Subscriptions was designed to sell subscription plans on your website, I would recommend using our other plugin, Profile Builder. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/profile-builder/
If you wish to keep using Paid Member Subscriptions, here is a quick guide on how you can allow your users to register using the PMS registration form without becoming members: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/shortcodes/#Allow_Users_to_Register_without_becoming_Members
Alternatively, you can set all your memberships to be free. This way no payment will be necessary when users register to your website regardless of the membership they choose.Hello @oceancolleen,
Glad to hear you’ve found a solution to the issues.
Still in case you want to continue the investigation, I want to mention that I’ve tested this with Firefox and in my case everything worked correctly. Please check your Firefox privacy and security settings as these could interfere with this feature.
